This course traces the geographical and structural evolution of the global economic system. Includes analysis of human interaction with Earth?s resources, the impact of distance and relative location on various economic activities, exchange and interaction patterns among places, and theories of uneven development. Prerequisite: Geography 110 or an economics course.
