An introduction to problem solving and program design for engineers and scientists using the language C++. Coverage includes I/O, types and expressions, libraries, functions and parameter passing, control structures, files, array processing, and classes (including the use of templates). Prerequisite Mathematics 132 or 161, which may be taken concurrently.
