BUS-396   Strategic Management

An integrative study of strategic management, requiring contemporary, comprehensive case applications of concepts from economics, marketing, accounting, finance, management, and international business. Ethical aspects of strategic decision making are emphasized. Student teams study cases and present their analyses. This course is recommended for students wishing to understand the formulation and implementation of ethical strategies in diversified businesses. Prerequisites: Business 370 and 380, Economics 222 or permission of the instructor.
