4. English 338- Grammar for Teachers of ESL
5. Interdisciplinary 205- Social Structure & Education As Social Enterprise
6. Interdisciplinary 301/302-Bilingual and ESL Education (concurrent with Education 302-303)
7. Education 303-Curr and Instr Practicum (concurrent with Education 302 and IDIS 301/302)
Note: The Bilingual Education Minor must be combined with a Spanish Major. Students must successfully complete English 101 (minimum grade of C) and one course from CAS 101, 200, or 214. Students must also successfully complete the Spanish Department Proficiency Exam.

Note: The ESL Minor must be combined with a major (not three minor program). Students must successfully complete English 101 (minimum grade of C) and one course from CAS 101, 200, or 214. Students must also complete Calvin's foreign language core requirement.
English as a Second Language Interdisciplinary Minor (Non-Education) (21 hours)
This minor is designed for those who are interested in teaching abroad or in educational programs such as volunteer literacy, adult education, or church outreach.
