Summary:

Surveys sent to 113 participants (77 responded) in 14 STMs run by Southeastern College (Assemblies of God; Lakeland, FL) from 1990-95.  From survey results, author concludes that, to some extent, STMs increased participant openness to missions, missions giving.  Also concludes that more pre-trip training is necessary, and needs to be more focused on specific skills participants will be using.
