Complete Sociology 151: Sociological Principles and Perspectives
Choose six electives from the sociology department's offerings.
Internship opportunities
Enroll in the fall semester course, Sociology 380: Internship in Sociology, to gain practical experience in sociological practice or research. You will be placed in local business or non-profit organization and work eight hours per week under the direction of an on-site supervisor. You will also participate in a regular seminar with other students enrolled in the course and present a project on your internship work.
