The social work department at Calvin offers a social work major and minor, as well as a number of courses.

Social work major

The major is composed of courses in social work theory, social policy, human behavior, statistics and research, practical knowledge and skills, and community field education.

Social work minor

The social work minor consists of six courses, three in social work and three in related disciplines.
