Using the Webmail Help Menu

Most software includes some type of Help menu. While webmail does not have a search function for their help, it does offer assistance with commonly used features. To access the help menu, go to the Top Menu and click on the Help icon.

If you can not find answers to your questions here, first review the tutorial in the fundamentals sections, ask your friends, look at the different menu icons for a potential solution, ask the staff at the ITC, or contact the Helpdesk (X6439).
