Using the Windows XP Help Menu

Much like searching the research database for answers to your questions, you can use the help menu which searches a database for answers to your Windows Operating System questions. To access the help menu, go to Start Menu > Help and Support. The Windows Operating System Help menu will open. Enter key words into the Search tab at the right.  You can navigate through the Windows Help Menu with the Navigation Bar.  As well, you can select a Help Topic from the common help topics (e.g. customizing your computer, trouble-shooting printing problems, etc.)

If you do not find what you need, modify your key word search.
