Education Background
Professor Casey graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a Bachelor of Arts in history in 1987, and a Master of Arts in religion in 1990. She completed her Master of Arts degree in political science in 2007 and her Ph.D. in political science in 2009 at the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

Professor Casey completed her Ph.D. in August 2009, and is presently working on publishing her Ph.. and finishing a graduate certificate in Gender Studies from the U. of Missouri - St. Louis.
