Image Request Form: Mosaic

Use this form if your observing project involves taking images at a few different pointing positions, all in the same filter and exposure time. These images can be combined to form a wide field mosaic photograph. If you wish to do a color mosaic, submit this form separately for each color filter. For other types of observations, use a different form.

Make the following settings for all images in the mosaic:

Clear	300 seconds (5 minutes)	1x1
B blue	60 seconds (1 minute)	2x2

R red	1 second
I infrared	Other: seconds
U ultraviolet
Luminance
H alpha
off H alpha

Indicate the position of the center of each image, in J2000 coordinates.
Each position must have a different name (e.g. for a mosaic of Orion, you might name the images OrionNW, OrionNE, OrionSW, and OrionSE). Do not put spaces in the names.
