Program:
Session A: Youth Camp: Boys and Girls ages 7-12: This is a recreational camp for kids of all skill levels. Based primarily on enjoying the game, Coaches with youth experience will work with kids on all technical facets of the game. Kids should plan to learn, compete, and most of all have fun. (The vast majority of last year's campers would fit into this camp.)
Session B: Elite Youth Camp - Boys and Girls ages 7-12: Calvin's Elite Youth Soccer Camp is geared toward the more competitive player. Each entrant must have at least one year of club soccer experience. Coaches will look to introduce and develop more advanced technical and introductory tactical facets of the game. Kids should plan to come ready to develop their game and take it to the next level.
Session C: High School ID Camp - High School Boys: Do you want to know what it's like to play at Calvin College? Do you want to learn and interact with the program's players and coaches? Do you want to learn what it takes to play at the next level? Then this camp is for you! Come and play like the Knights! Coaching staff is comprised of coaches and players from the team with teaching emphasis on the college game.
Session D: GooseEgg Goalkeeping Clinic - Boys and Girls ages 8-18: Goalkeepers of all skills levels are welcome to attend this clinic. Groups will be split by ability, not necessarily age, to help develop all goalkeepers in each and every facet of the position. Current Calvin Head Coach, and former professional goalkeeper and coach, Ryan Souders will work with each camper to not only improve during the week, but enable them to develop on their own, after the clinic is over.
