Session A: June 11 - June 22 (M-F, 2 weeks)
Session B: June 25 – July 6 (M-F; M, Tu, Th, F)
*9 days; no lessons on Wed., July 4
Session C: July 9 – July 20 (M-F, 2 weeks)
Session D:
Due to an unforseen scheduling conflict, Diving D will be during the following dates:
Monday - Friday, July 23-27
Monday - Wednesday, July 30-August 1

Program:
Level I – Beginner: This program is for divers new to the sport and will focus on fundamentals. Skills learned include: forward and backwards approach, dry land training, and basic dives. These skills improve flexibility, body awareness, balance, agility, and confidence. To participate, the child must have the ability to swim 25 yards without stopping.
Level II – Intermediate: This program is for divers that have limited experience and a desire to grow their diving skills. Skills learned include: developing approaches, fine tuning basic dives, flipping and introducing spatial awareness. This class will include learning basic skill on the trampoline with safety spotting belt and introduction to spotting.
Level III – Advanced: This program is for divers that have a basic working knowledge of the sport and wish to expand their diving skills to a more competitive level. Skills learned include: advanced trampoline work (with safety spotting belt), flipping and spotting, and further development of spatial awareness. One will also gain more confidence in their diving abilities as improvements will be made in motor skills and balance.
Level IV – Competitive Advanced: This program is for divers that have had competition experience (country club, junior high, AAU, high school, and/or Junior Olympic). Skills learned include: dry land training, strength training, advanced flipping and twisting, spotting, advanced trampoline skills with spotting belt, and water spotting belt.
