Session A: General Instruction - Ages 9-12: June 16-20 (M-F), 9:00am – 12:00pm: CLOSED

Session B: General Instruction - Ages 13-15: June 16-20 (M-F), 1:00pm – 4:00pm: CLOSED

Session C: Advanced Infield and Hitting Skills - Ages 12-16:
June 23-24 (M-Tu), 9:00am – 12:00pm: CLOSED

Session D: Advanced Outfield and Hitting Skills - Ages 12-16:
June 25-26(W-Th), 9:00am – 12:00pm: CLOSED

Session E: Advanced Pitching and Catching Skills – Ages 12-16:
June 27-28 (F-Sa), 9:00am – 12:00pm: CLOSED

Cost:

Sessions A & B: $85.00 Deposit Required: $40.00
Sessions C, D, E: $45.00 Deposit Required: $20.00
A camp T-shirt is included in the fee for all sessions.

Location:

Campers will meet the first day at the baseball field on Calvin's campus, northwest of the Fieldhouse. Please park at the Engineering building, just south of the Fieldhouse and walk around the cosntruction fence, north to the baseball field.

Program:

Sessions A & B: General Instruction
The baseball instructional session is geared for players who wish to learn the basic skills of the game. There will be ample opportunity to receive individual instruction in all areas with special attention on hitting. A low coach/player ratio permits individual attention. Parents are welcome to observe any or all of the camp sessions.

Sessions C, D, and E: Advanced Infield/Hitting, Outfield/Hitting, Pitching and Catching
The C and D Advanced Sessions are meant to provide in depth knowledge of Infield and Outfield defensive play respectively, while also focusing on more advanced hitting drills and techniques. The infield and outfield sessions provide the camper with both physical and mental tools to excel during defensive play. In session E the player will be instructed in mechanical and mental aspects of either Pitching or Catching.
