6 on 6, five players and a goalie.
Two 20-minute halves with a 5-minute halftime. If teams are tied after second 20 minutes, next goal wins.
Any high ball (ball touching the ceiling, or anything hanging from the ceiling or touching anything "gray") will result in a free kick for the opposite team. Please try to keep balls as low as possible. If problems arise (breakage of anything) rules may have to be modified to include penalties of offenders. If the problem persists, games may have to be cancelled.
All penalty kicks are indirect kicks, which must be touched by another player before entering the goal.
Goalkeeper cannot throw or kick the ball over half court. Penalty free kick for the opposite team where the ball crossed the half court line. The goalkeeper is able to pick up the ball with his/her hands within the 3-point arc of the basketball court including the solid maroon baseline inside the 3-point arc.
Teams are responsible for keeping score. An IM staff member will monitor time.
