If you are looking for an exercise class that will build strength, stamina, flexibility and balance, check out Yoga. Participants will be lead through classic yoga postures and exercises that will have you leaving class feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!

- Intermediate: Tuesdays/Thursdays, 6:45-7:30am, HC 300 - Dance Loft (Andre).
- Beginner/Intermediate: Tuesdays/Thursdays, 12:30-1:15pm, VA 235 (Andre).
- Beginners: Tuesdays/Thursdays, 4:30-5:15pm, HC 300 Dance Loft (Andre).
- Registration is required.
- ONLINE: Calvin College faculty and staff login and register here.
- Use your normal Calvin login and passphrase.
