Healthy Habits: Group Personal Training

Class Description

This class involves small, group personal training tailored to fit the needs of the group, as well as the individual. Class size is limited to 5 individuals. Training will inlcude cario, strength training, flexibility and core work. This class is open to all experience and fitness levels. This class meets once a week for an hour, but you can sign up for more than one session.

2015 Fall Session I: September 14 - October 30
  • Mondays - 12:30pm
  • Wednesdays - 12:30pm
  • Fridays - 12:30pm
  • Registration is required.
