Healthy Habits: Circuit to the Max!

Class Description

An intense workout using "stations." Participants complete five circuits of 3-5 different exercises using a variety of exercise apparatus. This is an all-around cardio, strength training, core development and muscle endurance activity.

  • Tuesday and Thursdays, 4:15-5:00pm (Instructor: Steve McBride).
  • Registration is required.
