Welcome!

The Wellness Committee at Calvin recommends that everyone make exercise a regular part of their daily routine.

Our goals are:

  1. To promote a Reformed perspective of healthy living through activities which address personal health and wellness.

  2. To create a supportive community atmosphere for the pursuit of wellness goals.

  3. To encourage participants to treat their bodies as God's creation for lifelong Christian service.

We encourage participation whether in a group or individual format. We challenge you to make the commitment to join the program and stick with it the entire semester.
