Welcome to Group Fitness at Calvin!

The Group Fitness program of Calvin Campus Recreation exists to offer Calvin College students affordable and organized group-fitness-based experiences that deepen the Calvin community, foster relationships, and enrich the individual. The Group Fitness program strives to offer safe educational and instruction experiences that increase individual confidence and competence, develop student leadership, and promote lifelong recreation, skill development, and fitness.

  • Spinning - Fall, Interim, and Spring
  • Core Fitness – Fall, Interim, and Spring
  • Trail Running – Fall; Thursdays
  • Pilates – Fall, Interim, and Spring
  • Reeds Lake Road Cycling – Fall; Tuesdays
  • Hot Yoga - Fall, Interim, and Spring
