Hogeschool Zeeland

Fall or Spring Semester

Program:

Hogeschool Zeeland (HZ) is a student exchange program through the Calvin Department of Economics and Business. HZ has organized programs for exchange students since 1987. Most students that participate in these programs are business oriented. In total, approximately 4,000 students study at HZ, of which about 30% are foreign students. Students from all over the world enter the International Business Programme. This mixture of nationalities really gives students the opportunity to get to know and understand different cultures, which is the most important success factor that defines becoming successful in international business.

The town of Vlissingen offers all the facilities of a medium sized city. The railway station is within walking distance of the main building of HZ. Vlissingen, with its 45,000 inhabitants, has numerous beaches, boulevards, and pavement cafes. The city center offers a diversity of attractive shops and places to go out.
