Ghana - Cost

The Fall 2008 program cost is $16,650 (the on-campus cost for 2008-09 is $15,568). That cost includes:

• Tuition
• Roundtrip air transportation Grand Rapids/Accra
• Full room and board
• Administrative fee
• Program related excursions

Additional expenses not included in the program fee are: passport, visa, medical insurance (required), books, and spending money.

It should be noted, too, that 100% of a (Calvin) student's financial aid is applicable to this program. Moreover, once accepted into the program, (Calvin) students are automatically eligible for additional aid of up to 30% of the cost differential between the program cost listed above and a semester on Calvin's campus.
