Costs for Calvin-endorsed and other off-campus semester programs are variable and are available at most program Web sites. Note the following regarding the cost of non-Calvin programs:
- If the cost of an off-campus semester program is less than the tuition cost of the same semester at Calvin, you will pay Calvin's tuition and a $150 administrative fee.
- If the cost of an off-campus semester is greater than the tuition cost for the same semester at Calvin, the student will pay the actual cost of the program and a $150 administrative fee.
Payment/Billing Procedure
The cost of an off-campus program (Calvin or non-Calvin) is charged to your tuition account on the normal campus payment schedule. All program charges are placed together in your tuition account, but additional airfare, visa fees or other charges will be billed to your miscellaneous account.
Note: If you have lived on campus the semester before going off-campus, be sure to check your account to make sure you have not been charged for on-campus housing. If you have, contact the Calvin Housing Office (616-526-6120) to have the charge removed.
If there are problems or questions about your off-campus program billing, please contact the Off-Campus Programs office directly at (616) 526-6382.
