Off-Campus Programs events

SOMETHING NEW....THE WORLD CAFE!
Off-Campus Programs will be hosting The World Cafe Thursday afternoons this fall beginning on September 24, in the Spoelhof Cafe from 3:45 - 5:00. This will be an informal gathering for all who are interested in international issues to gather, share experiences and just hang out. Each week there will be a different topic and a short 10 min. presentation (snacks provided!).

APPLY FOR A PASSPORT AT THE CAMPUS STORE!
Apply for a U.S. Passport at the Campus Store on Thursday, October 8 from 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. This is for new passports only - no renewals. This service is by appointment only. To schedule an appointment contact Jane Prins in Financial Services: jmp26@calvin.edu or call: 616-526-6131.

Application deadlines

Preliminary Applications for Off-Campus Study are available in the Off-Campus programs Office or on the website. Allow 5 - 10 days for approval process.
For Spring 2010 Programs: Our office will begin accepting Preliminary Applications in the fall (August through October).

The exceptions to this are the following Spring 2010 programs: The Netherlands Program, Washington, D.C., and Chicago Semester. These programs require early applications (spring 2009).

Deadlines for spring program applications:
Spain (Advanced): October 5, 2009
Thailand: October 12, 2009
Britain & Honduras Dev.: October 16, 2009
