The Wind Ensemble presents their final concert of the season before departing for a two-week tour of Hungary, Romania, and Ukraine. The program will "swap" musical representations from both cultural traditions. A free will offering will be received to help support members in funding this trip.

Ensemble Series: Women's Chorale

Calvin College Chapel
Pearl Shangkuan will conduct the Women's Chorale's finale performance prior to their international tour to Africa. The program will cover a wide range of geography, chronology and styles - from a 12th century chant to hymn arrangements, from vocal jazz to music and dance of South Africa, from newly commissioned works representing India and South Africa to Gospel music and much more. Enjoy a time of fellowship after the concert with ensemble members at a post-concert reception. Admission is free. A free will offering will be taken.
