Online registration for the 2013 conference is available here. Register by December 16, 2012 to receive the Early Bird Discount.
Early Bird before December 16, 2012: $40 for Students, Faculty, Staff, and Other.
After December 16, 2012: $50 for Students, Faculty, Staff, and Other.
Calvin Student with Meal Plan: $20 This option is available until January 20, 2013. Note: Six meals will be deducted from your meal plan at the beginning of the conference week. You will be asked to provide your Calvin ID number. If there are insufficient meals remaining on your meal plan, you will be billed for the meals.
Faculty members who participate in four of the 'Missionary Earthkeeping' workshop sessions, including the last two sessions, are eligible to have their conference registration fees covered by Au Sable Institute. This option is available to the first 25 participants and will also admit you into the FIDC conference..
The registration fee includes dinner on Thursday, breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Friday, and breakfast and lunch on Saturday.
Housing Accomodations
Traditional Student registration includes on-campus housing in the dormitories with Calvin host students. If you are commuting to Calvin or making your own housing accommodations, please notify us on the registration form. See the Frequently Asked Questions page for helpful packing information.
Faculty, staff, and other registered conference participants are responsible for their own lodging accomodations.
Local Hotels
Book a room at the Prince Conference Center on Calvin College's Campus (616-526-7200) or the Holiday Inn, located 1.92 miles from Calvin College (616-285-7600). Let the hotel receptionist know you are attending the Faith and International Development Conference to receive a special rate. If you are flying to Grand Rapids, please coordinate an airport shuttle with your hotel at least three days prior to your arrival.

The Holiday Inn is located 1.92 miles from the Prince Conference Center at Calvin College. If you are flying to Grand Rapids, please let them know if you need a shuttle to and from the airport.
