What have you been up to since graduating from Calvin?
After graduating from Calvin, I completed a six-month internship in Kenya with Samaritan's Purse focusing on WASH. After the internship, I spent a year teaching English in Korea and did some travelling through Southeast Asia, to gain some more international experience. Following this, I completed my Master's in Conflict Resolution in the UK and got a position as a Project Coordinator which transitioned into Capacity Building Coordinator with Right To Play (a Sport for Development NGO) in Liberia. After a year and a half in Southeast Liberia, I began working as a Program Manager for a small French NGO in sudan, managing a clinic and a vocational training center for women and youth IDPs. Now I am back working for Samaritan's Purse coordinating their internally funded programs.
Describe your post-Calvin life
My life post-Calvin has been unpredictable and I've learned to take things one step at a time, but I currently really enjoy the work that I do and have learned to trust God in new ways.
