The Lori Powell Central Ohio Scholarship can be used to cover room and board expenses, though the Lori Powell Central Ohio Scholarship is typically used to cover a student's tuition. Recipients of the Lori Powell Central Ohio Scholarship have the opportunity to decide where the funds are allocated. To qualify, students must fill out an application for the Lori Powell Central Ohio Scholarship. To receive the award, students must have a GPA of 3.0+, be resident of Central Ohio, and be pursuing an elementary or secondary education program. Jennie and Sylvia Stielstra Scholarship
The Jennie and Sylvia Stielstra Scholarship is a one-time $2800 award given to students who demonstrate high academic achievement and heavy involvement in their school or community. While the Jennie and Sylvia Stielstra Scholarship is typically used to fund a student's tuition, it can also be used to cover books or room and board. In order to qualify for the Jennie and Sylvia Stielstra Scholarship, students must fill out an application.To receive the award, students must show that they have the intention of serving in either elementary education or missions; preference may be given to children of missionaries or those with financial need. Brian E. Dyk Memorial Education Scholarship
The Brian E. Dyk Memorial Education Scholarship is a one-time $1500 award given to students who demonstrate high academic achievement and heavy involvement in their school or community. Students can use funds to pay for tuition, room and board, books, or other school-related costs. In order to be considered for the Brian E. Dyk Memorial Education Scholarship, applying students must show that they are majoring in education. First preference goes to graduates of West Side Christian School in Grand Rapids, MI.
