The German Department offers you a number of interesting and worthwhile opportunities. Study options include the Department's own German Interim Abroad. In addition, the Department supports language study at "Speak and Write" in Marburg and semester and full-year university study programs through Central College (Iowa) in Prien, Germany and Vienna, Austria. The "Speak and Write" language-teaching institute in the beautiful medieval city of Marburg offers you the opportunity to learn German for any number of one-month segments at a total of eight different levels, from true beginner to very advanced.
