Biography
- completed a BA at Bethel College in St. Paul, Minnesota, 1977
- earned an MA in geography at the University of Minnesota, 1981
- received her PhD in geography from the University of Minnesota, 1985
- taught at Central College in Pella, Iowa
- joined the GEO department in fall 1996
- was Calvin Dean of Research & Scholarship
- currently the Gary and Henrietta Byker Chair in Christian Perspectives on Political, Social, and Economic Thought
