Program Information

Educational Philosophy

True language learning comes through contact not only with the language, but also with the people, culture, traditions, and surroundings in which it occurs.  Students taking part in this English Study Program will have daily opportunities to speak, read, listen to, and respond to the English language in classroom settings as well as in casual conversation, friendly dinners, sightseeing, games, and activities. Students will use all their senses as they learn, explore, and socialize.  Students will be led to improve and challenge, not only their English language skills, but also their Christian perspective, that all the world, all the people, and all the languages belong to God.
