Shuttle Service
On-Campus Shuttles
Shuttle vans will be available for attendees between most Festival sessions. Stops include the Prince Conference Center, Commons Annex, Spoelhof Center, and Calvin Theological Seminary. One van will be at each location at the conclusion of each concurrent session time and will stop at each designated location (Prince, Commons, Spoelhof, Seminary) until the next session begins.
Off-Campus Shuttles
We will provide shuttle service at the beginning and end of each day of Festival 2008 to the following hotels: Comfort Inn, Sleep Inn, Holiday Inn Select, Ramada Plaza, and Residence Inn. Shuttle buses will begin arriving at the hotels at 7:30 a.m. and will continue until 8:30 a.m. Upon their arrival on campus, shuttles will make two stops: one at the Prince Conference Center and one at the Fine Arts Center (upper level).
For the evening plenary sessions at Sunshine Community Church, buses will begin departing from the Prince Conference Center at 6:45 p.m. Please gather early. At the conclusion of each keynote lecture, buses will begin departing from Sunshine immediately and will continue running until 9:15 p.m. All shuttle buses will make stops at the Prince Conference Center and at each hotel, so there is no need to wait for a particular bus.
There will be a late shuttle service to hotels from the Prince Conference Center if you would like to stay for a post-plenary event (concerts, films, poetry readings, etc.). Please visit the registration desk if you need a ride.
Taxis
If you wish to call a taxi, you may encounter a wait of 30 to 45 minutes. If the dispatcher requires an address, the Prince Conference Center is located at 1800 East Beltline Avenue SE.
