Scholarships
Thanks to the generosity of the Calvin Alumni Association, Calvin College Honors Program, Calvin Theological Seminary's Center for Excellence in Preaching, and Calvin College English Department, several partial scholarships are available to the following groups for Festival 2008.
An important note: If you are applying for one of these scholarships, please wait to complete your online registration until you have received confirmation (and a registration code) from the office that is processing your application.
Calvin alumni:
The Calvin Alumni Association is providing thirty partial ($85) scholarships to recent alumni (non-students) who are unable to meet the full registration fee for Festival 2008. The scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. To apply, please complete the online form or call the Festival office at 616.526.6770.
Students in Calvin College's Honors Program:
A limited number of partial ($40) scholarships are available for Calvin students in the Honors Program. The scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. To apply, students should contact the Honors Program Office.
Calvin College English majors and minors:
A limited number of need-based partial ($40) scholarships are available for Calvin students who are majoring or minoring in English, and Education majors with a concentration in English. (Note: If you are in Calvin's Honors Program, please apply for a scholarship from the Honors Program Office. See above for more information.) These scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. To apply, students should complete the online form or call the Festival office at 616.526.6770.
Calvin Theological Seminary students:
The Center for Excellence in Preaching at Calvin Theological Seminary (CTS) is offering a limited number of partial ($40) scholarships to CTS students. The scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. To apply, please contact the Center for Excellence in Preaching.
