The engineering program can be a bit complex. The purpose of this page is to give students the information they need regarding transfer credit to complete the program and prepare for a career in Engineering.

These are course recommendations for those wishing to transfer into the engineering program at Calvin College. Students who wish to pursue this degree should contact the Calvin College Engineering Department chair as soon as possible in their college career. In addition to these courses from the Engineering program, students are encouraged to fulfill one or more core (general education) requirements. Equivalent core courses can be found in the Transfer Equivalency Guide on the Calvin College Registrar's web site. Core courses recommended are Written Rhetoric, Health & Fitness, History, Philosophy, the Arts, and Literature. The Engineering Program also requires 2 years of high school or 1 year of college foreign language study.
