Progress

Pictured above is a sample voltage reading from the accelerometer output pins. The top waveform (purple) corresponds to the lower 8 bits of data, while the bottom waveform (orange) corresponds to the upper 8 bits of data. The numbers are read into the microprocessor and are combined together to form the complete accelerometer reading.
