Senior Design 05-06: Team 15
Team ANGKOR WATerworks is a team composed
of four civil engineers with the project of developing an irrigation system
in the province of Siem Reap, Cambodia. Water must be transported from
Lake Tonle Sap in Cambodia, to the proposed site of the future Angkor
Global University. The team will work with locally available resources
to collect, pump, convey and store the water at the site to be used for
agricultural irrigation during the dry season . The design will incorporate
appropriate technologies and stay within the budgetary limitations as
laid out by the governor of the region as to keep it viable for implementation.
