Senior Design 05-06: Team 7

Biographies of Team Members:

Larae Baker

Larae Baker is a graduate of Kalamazoo Christian High School in Kalamazoo, MI. She will graduate from Calvin in May, 2006 with a B.S.Engineering-Chemical Concentration. She has industrial experience with Pfizer Global Manufacturing, at their Holland and Kalamazoo Manufacturing sites during the summers of 2004 and 2005. In her free time, Larae enjoys playing board games including Settlers of Catan.

 

Maxine Bent

Maxine Bent is from West Palm Beach, FL where she graduated from Forest Hill High School. She will graduate with a B.S.Engineering-Chemical Concentration and minors in French and Chemistry. She has experience in industry with Pfizer Global Manufacturing in Holland, MI. Maxine enjoys dancing, learning new languages. Maxine is fluent in English, Spanish, and is working on learning French and Italian.

 

Jonathan Bush

Jonathan Bush is from Grandville, Michigan where he graduated from Grandville High School . He is planning to graduate with an International B.S.Engineering-Chemical Concentration with a major in Chemistry. His industrial experience with the discipline came in the summer of 2005 where he worked for Boehringer-Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals in Ingelheim, Germany. Jon enjoys traveling. He has spent time in Cambodia and had an opportunity to travel Europe this summer when he wasn't working.

 

Michael Heslinga

Michael Heslinga will graduate in May with a B.S.Engineering-Chemical Concentration and a major in Physics. Mike is from Kalamazoo, MI, and is a graduate of Kalamazoo Christian High School. He spent the summer of 2005 doing research at Calvin in the Chemistry Department. In his free time, Mike plays hockey for the Froggers in the Grand Rapids Adult Hockey League.

 

Adam Jones

Adam Jones graduated from Rockford Public High School and is from Belmont, MI. He has industrial experience with Pfizer Global Research and Development in Ann Arbor, MI. He will graduate from Calvin in May with a B.S.Engineering-Chemical Concentration and a minor in Chemistry. In Adam's free time, he enjoys jogging and spending time with his fiance. Adam and Emily will be married in July of 2006!
