Christian Engineering Books & Articles

One of the panel discussions at CEEC2009 centered on good books and articles on the topic of Christian faith and Engineering. The results of that discussion are now posted on our website: Christian Engineering Books & Articles. Feel free to nominate additional ideas for the list!. We are also hoping to make this an annotated bibliography, so please consider providing a couple paragraphs to describe the work. The annotation should act as a brief review, noting how the work addresses the relationship between Christian faith and Engineering, explaining why it is an important contribution to the literature, identifying key themes, and placing it in the context of other publications.

Urgent need for CEEC Volunteers

The next Christian Engineering Education Conference (CEEC) is right around the corner. We desperately need volunteers to help make it a success. We need a program chair to organize the technical program (including issuing a call for papers, coordinating reviewers, and constructing the presentation schedule), reviewers to do careful readings of submissions and help the authors improve their work, a praise & worship team to lead our Wednesday evening worship time (readers, singers, musicians), and steering committee members to help with registration, local arrangements, finances, publicity, and so forth. Please contact Steve VanderLeest if you are willing to help out.
