This division provides a vital forum for those concerned with integrating the humanities and social sciences into engineering education. The division is dedicated to helping engineers to develop an ability to communicate effectively, appreciate their professional and ethical responsibilities, and understand the interaction of engineering activities with politics, society, and culture. The division sponsors sessions and maintains a website and welcomes both engineers and non-engineers as members.
