Engineering 101, Introduction to Engineering Design, is a first year, first semester course for nearly all engineering students. It begins with the assignment to a four person team and an assignment of a project to be completed over the course of the first 8 weeks. In parallel with the execution of the projects, the students learn about working in teams, project managment basics, and career options for engineering students. This project assignment concludes with a presentation by the team to their classmates, a final report, and and implementation activity with the client. These photos present the teams (with their project product--where appropriate) from Engr 101 Section C in November 2005 at the completion of their class presentation. |
