We got amazing responses from the Engineering Open House. Many people told us that it was the most viable and marketable idea! We also got some good ideas from a lot of people, so thank you so much!! So the proof of concept is finished. Now that we know it works, it is time to polish and make this product truly marketable. We will be working with a chinese manufacturer to develop this.

Officially Multicasting! Multiple Client Test with Carlie Rae Jepsen

Right now the Hackberry A10 Dev Board is hooked up to the iPhone. iPhone provides some nice Mumford and Sons tunes, Hackberry then swiftly "packages" and sends the audio to the MacBook Pro via WiFi using RTP. On the MacBook Pro, we get a very clean sound.




Instead of the iPhone feeding in music, my electric guitar amp is feeding sound into the Hackberry. LIVE MUSIC




Übercaster Lives!

Using Miniand's Hackberry A10 Dev Board, we were able to finally get the core Übercaster function working: STREAMING AUDIO LIVE.

First Time Configuring the Dev Board

So we just received our development kit. We installed Android 2.3 Gingerbread on a SD card. Next step is to install the sound card and WIFI dongle. We still have to decide if we are going to use Linux or Android.
