Gloria is now a Scholar in Residence at Whitworth College in Spokane, WA. She continues her work with schools in Mongolia, Russia and North America and also is board president of Worldwide Christian Schools. Gloria and her daughter Julia Stronks, Prof. of Political Science at Whitworth, have just begun work on a new book.

Honors and Awards:

  • Coordinator for the l99l-92 study team for the Calvin Center for Christian Scholarship. The topic for this study is "Theory and Practice of Christian Schooling in the Reformed Tradition." The scholars who participated were from Australia, Canada, and the U.S.
