The mission of the Economics Department is to equip students to make responsible economic and business
decisions throughout their lives, and thus further God's Kingdom as they
dedicate themselves to kingdom service in their personal and professional
lives. We envision graduates who are prepared with knowledge, moral judgment,
and skills to live productively in God's world, all the time caring about
and contributing to the well being of others and the full breadth of God's
creation. Our goal is that Economics graduates will gladly,
actively, and responsibly take up the task of transforming and building
the economic and business culture of our world in keeping with the principles
of God's Kingdom.
