Click for the weather forecast at CalvinOur preserve consists of 90 acres of temperate deciduous forest, wetlands, and old fields on the campus of Calvin College on the east side of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Our award-winning facility has a number of environmentally friendly features.

  • passive ventilation system
  • native landscaping

You'll want to come to see this for yourself. But most importantly, we hope that your visit will draw you to the outdoors, where strolling along our extensive trail system you may come to see your world and yourself in a whole new light.

Saturday 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (school year only)
Trails & restrooms are open everyday 7 AM - Dusk.
Closed holidays.
