Students may obtain a minor in the Japanese language by taking seven courses, including Japanese 101, 102, 201, 202, 215, 216, and either 217 or 218.

Students may obtain a minor in Japanese Studies by taking Japanese 101, 102, 201, 202, and any three of the following courses: Art 241, History 203, History 204, Political Science 205, an interim trip to Japan.
