Information for StudentsASHA Observation Hours: At least 25 observation hours of ASHA-certified speech-language pathologists and/or audiologists must be completed before beginning clinic. At least 15 observation hours must be obtained at the Calvin College Stroke Rehabilitation Clinic. Observation reports must be signed and handed in to Jill before clinic begins. Format instructions for writing reports are available in Jill's office (DeVos Communication Center Room 265). ASHA Clinical Hours: Supervised treatment hours spent in direct contact with clients count toward the required 400 clinical practicum hours mandated by ASHA for certification.
