Programs: Calvin College Communication Disorders Clinic

The Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Program at Calvin College offers Speech-Language Pathology services for clients with communication disorders secondary to stroke. The clinical services are provided by student clinicians under close professional supervision by certified Speech-Language Pathologists. A nominal fee is charged per session. Treatment is provided in small group settings with a focus on the development of functional communication skills in the stroke population. Students also treat individual clients in one-on-one sessions.
