Professor Snyder holds a Ph.D. in Management Science from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, a MBA from the University of Kansas, and a MS in Church History and Theology from Wheaton College. Dr. Snyder teaches Strategic Management and Perspectives in Management at Calvin. He has previously taught strategy at the undergraduate and graduate levels at UW - Milwaukee and Marquette University and has been recognized with a faculty teaching award. Dr. Snyder worked for several years at the corporate headquarters of Sears, Roebuck and Co., first as an industrial engineer and later as a national operations manager and as a project manager. His research interests include innovation, executive decision making, and corporate governance.
