Its all about water

We visited another environmental consulting firm... meeting with the founder and co-owner. A dutch guy educated at Deflt Univ, on the leading water management programs in the world, according to him. ANyway, he has spent most of the last 20 years in China focused on waste water treatment, water purification and now water recycling. He also got an MBA along the way. He was very knowledgeable, with much information about water in China. In short, northern china has a severe water shortage. Not the dying type, but the economically constraining and environmental destroying type. This firm is now working on building several large installation where they take waste water from a city and filter it in such a way that it is pure and can be reused directly in industrial application. This is not a future thing, but happening now in a technolgical effective way and also economically attractive way. He walked us through the details on one such project.
