Off-campus internships
Internships give you the opportunity to get supervised practical experience in a career field that you are interested in. You may also receive course credit for your work and in some cases, find your way into a great job.
Many art and art history majors participate in off-campus internships, typically in the Grand Rapids area so that you can continue taking classes while learning off-campus.
Internship placements in the past have included positions in museums, architectural firms and artists' studios.
